Past Life Regression is a technique that uses hypnosis or reiki to recover what some believe are memories of past incarnations or lives.  This experience in my view is a richer experience if the process is facilitated by an experienced Professional.

 

The Past Life Regression Session comprises of an initial consultation, what would you like to get out of the session?   Have you been regressed before?  What are your expectations?

The process of the Past Life Regression is then discussed from initial consultation right through to the post regression discussion.  What you can expect; What won't happen etc

After the Past Life Regression has concluded the Practitioner and client will discuss the experience and the new understandings. 

 

During the Past Life Regression the client will be talking to the PLR Practitioner, answering questions and at all times the client is in control.  

 

At the end of the process the client will remember the experience and the PLR and the client will discuss the session.
